NJ Spotlight News: October 20, 2021

There’s a new vaccine mandate from the Murphy administration. Gov. Phil Murphy signed an executive order requiring that any workers employed under a state government contract must also get vaccinated against COVID-19 or face weekly testing.

Wednesday, officials announced 1,150 positive cases and 15 new deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 1,029,748 cases in the state and 27,783 confirmed and probable deaths.
