NJ Spotlight News: October 21, 2021

More booster shots could soon be available. The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices today recommended booster doses of Moderna and J&J vaccines, one day after the FDA also recommended boosters.

Thursday, officials announced 1,511 new, positive cases and 23 new deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 1,031,246 cases in the state and 27,805 confirmed and probable deaths.
